This Class 1 grade Rubber and Plastic Insulation Board is a high-performance thermal insulation product, elaborately manufactured through a series of rigorous processes including mixing, intensive mixing, extrusion and foaming with nitrile rubber and polyvinyl chloride as the core raw materials. It features outstanding thermal insulation performance with a thermal conductivity coefficient of ≤0.030W/(m·K) at 0℃ and ≤0.031W/(m·K) at -20℃, effectively reducing heat transfer and maintaining a stable temperature environment. The product has a wide applicable temperature range of -50℃ to 110℃, and can achieve stable thermal insulation even in extremely cold environments, adapting to various temperature working conditions. It also has good flexibility and constructability with excellent elasticity and shock absorption performance, which can fit curved or irregular components perfectly.
